DOX, born Amin Fleary hails from the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. His early years were defined by a stepmother addicted to crack-cocaine, and a father, who spent most of his time working odd jobs to support the family. DOX often acted as the man of the house, which at the time was an abandoned building. It was there that he learned at an early age that nothing would be given to him.
